The QHSE will be responsible for making sure monitoring the QHSE for specific projects and enforce compliance to QSHE guidelines and regulations at a high standard. Our client is looking for a candidate with the following; Ideally come from an Construction Management, Engineering degree or have IOSH/IIRSM. Ability to audit internally as well as externally. Ideally a minimum of 10 years experience. Ideally having aknowledge of the GCC Real Estate market and local rules/regulations . Expereince in main contractor & consultancy assessment regarding QHSE. Fluency in English is a must and Arabic is desireable. The Role Impliment company-wide QSHE policies and procedures in accordance with local and national rules. Play a key role in the selection of Main Contractors by conducting prequalification and reviewal of contract docs. Continioously monitoring the various contractors amoungst various sites by conducting site visits etc. Monitor and report QHSE incidents and resolutions leared for the main database. Environmental development plan should be adhered to following LEED standard or similar. Assist other QHSE heads with lessons leared. Our client is an international Contractor, they have a requirement for a Senior Forensic Planning Manager to join their team in their head office in Dubai. Candidates applying for this role will have 15 years experience in forensic planning and will have worked on large scale projects within the GCC. Responsibilities Review the extension of impact on complex change requests and claims and where necessary prepare forensic planning and delay/ disruption analysis to determine the cause and effect Work with project teams, which include planners, contracts and technical team, to pull tighter the correct information in preparation of claims/ counter claims. Responsible for choosing appropriate methods and perform prospective and retrospective delay analysis and disruption analysis. Preparation of claim and counter- claim register including "cause and effect" of all events in claims logs. Requirements Bsc in Engineering Minimum 10 years experience in planning management activities and responsibilities of projects related to contractors and engineering consultancy services with extensive claims and dispute resolution Critical path and delay analysis techniques Proven advanced use of Primavera P3,P6, Excel and other related software as applicable.
